What is product pricing?
Pricing for the collection is structured to offer a range of accessible options. Juneteenth jerseys are priced at $59, while Juneteenth shirts are available for $29.99. Golf umbrellas are offered at $44.99, with medium and mini umbrella sizes also available in limited quantities. Pricing is subject to change.
Please note, our Juneteenth umbrellas will not necessarily the focus of the collection. Yes, umbrellas are our flagship product however for this release, not the main product.
Can products be customized?
Yes. Custom designs are available with a 100-piece minimum.
• Final pricing will be quoted based on design and quantity.
• Turnaround time on bulk orders can range 30-45 days depending on the item. Please plan accordingly.
Can we purchase products on-site at an event?
Yes but on-site inventory is not guaranteed. We tend to sale out quickly, plus we don’t recommend you standing in line. We strongly encourage pre-orders or bulk to ensure availability.

When can we start promoting?
ASAP! You can reach out to your network introducing them to the partnership. Our newly redesigned website will be updated 5/1. Let’s work together to develop a plan that works for your network.
When will products be delivered?
Production will run in rolling batches beginning May 1. Umbrella Orders in the May 1 batch are expected to be delivered between June 1–15, 2026. Apparel will deliver much quicker
• Custom 10x10 outdoor tents: 45–50 days (production + shipping)
• Apparel: 7–14 days (production + shipping)
• Umbrellas (Golf, Medium, mini) 45–50 days (production + shipping)
What happens if there are delivery issues?
Depending on the delivery issues, we can assist. Our shipments have coverage up to $100. Customers are welcomed to purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout.
This will cover:
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• Claims handled through the carrier/insurance provider
• HBCUOnly will assist with documentation but is not liable for uninsured shipments

Can we order customized products?
Absolutely! Custom orders have a 45–50 day production/shipping turnaround. There is a nonrefundable $150 deposit. Let’s discuss your product and vision. We can make it happen.
Can my business, school, church, or organization participate?
Absolutely! We welcome businesses, schools, churches, alumni groups, and community organizations to participate. They can use this as a fundraiser. Beats selling popcorn

What is the earning potential?
• Affiliate: 20-30% commission, no upfront cost

How are payouts distributed?
Paid via ACH (direct deposit) or check bi-weekly. Access to a real-time dashboard to track performance. This allows for transparent reporting on all sales and commissions
How does the affiliate link work?
You’ll receive a custom link (ex: HBCUOnly.com/YOURNAME). Customers must use your link or code to receive proper credit. We suggest creating a QR code to add to your graphics.
All tracked sales are automatically credited to you. We understand that technology isn’t always 100% accurate. Under some circumstances, we can issue credit for a sale that wasn’t captured with your link/code. We will do a root clause analysis if we deem the issue systematic.
⚙️ Operations & Logistics
Who handles logistics?
Affiliate Model: HBCUOnly manages all fulfillment and support
Bulk Orders: Shipped directly to you; you manage distribution and customer service. HBCUonly is not responsible for any phase of your logistics, customer service, etc.
What if there are shipping delays?
We handle all customer service issues. Delays happens and typically out of our control. What we can control is our communication to our clients and flexibility with orders. We take ownership of the entire process.
🧾 Policies & Customer Support
What is the policy for order changes, cancellations, replacements, and chargebacks?
• All requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Changes/cancellations must be requested before production begins
• Replacements issued for verified defects or errors
• Chargebacks are discouraged—please contact us first
• Refunds are handled case-by-case (e.g., verified fraud). Our policy is to verify all orders that are flagged in Shopify as fraud prior to processing the order. This extra layer of protects helps the client and our business
🎯 Participation, Approval & Recognition
How do I get approved as an affiliate?
We send you a link via email. You will create a profile and connect your payout method (Paypal, bank, etc). Applications are reviewed based on reach, engagement, and network strength. Priority is given to active alumni leaders and community influencers. Unfortunately, we can’t approve everyone
Will participants receive recognition?
Yes. Partners and supporters will be recognized across social media platforms, including shoutouts and campaign highlights. As an extra incentive, We will post clips/ads (up to 15 seconds) about your business, organization or any other video relevant to Juneteenth or black culture. These videos will be provided by you, screened by our team and approved by top management.

Is this a limited-time opportunity?
Yes. Presale pricing and production timelines are fixed. Inventory is limited to ensure quality and timely. Unfortunately, we will not order massive amounts of inventory. Pre-sales are the most efficient way to ensure you receive your products
Do I need to be an influencer to participate?
Not at all. If you’ve got a network, a voice, or people who trust you—you’re already in the game. Influence isn’t followers, it’s impact.
What if I’ve never done affiliate marketing before?
Even better—you’ll start fresh with a system that actually works. We’ll give you the tools, you bring the energy. Be advised! Your earnings are based on your efforts!
Be honest... will this actually sell?
Short answer: yes.
Long answer: it’s Juneteenth, it’s culture, and it’s limited—this combination tends to move. We have a loyal clientele that supports us. HBCU alumni associations, professional contacts, etc. We should be good to go!
What happens if I go crazy and start getting a lot of orders?

What if I don’t post every day—Will I still earn income?
Absolutely. Consistency matters more than volume. Whether it’s 1 post or 5, the goal is intentional engagement—not burnout. Tiktok has some tremendous upside! Ask ai (ChatGPT, etc) to create you a daily plan for 30 days.
Note: Your link will be attached to all items on our website, not just Juneteenth. We are licensed with the HBCUs we have products for. Therefore, your payout for HBCU themed products will be 12-15%. We pay a royalty fee to the colleges and universities.
